I'm a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist and board certified art therapist I include art therapy in sessions and work from an eclectic theory approach, mainly focusing on psychodynamic theory, CBT, narrative and multigenerational theory.
I create a very positive, encouraging and safe environment and believe that you have the power to create the life you want to live.
I have worked for over ten years with children of all ages, adolescents, adults, couples, groups and families with varying degrees of symptoms.
In my free time, I like to paint, do crafts, read and walk on the beach. I have two chinchillas taht soemtiems accompany me to my privatre practice.
